Our assignment was to create a breathtaking 900 square foot sign near the Holland Tunnel in New York City to boost interest in the sales office for a high-end condominium in downtown Manhattan. We emphasized a call to action phone number as the header and play up the amenity and service rich building with its tag line of "Created Without Compromise..." A very successful signage system.
